The Ahinsha builders group is a self-constructor real estate Developer driven by the change in architectural anatomy of design and technical-utilitarian structures. Acquiring particular expertise and an updated set of skills, Ahinsha builders are encompassing all the futuristic metropolitan infrastructure development parameters with their in-house technical team of qualified and experienced professionals.

Our initial interaction with Ahinsha was almost one and a half years ago to design and develop a newspaper ad to promote AhinshaNaturez Park, Surajkund. Somehow, it didn’t work out at that time because our creative approaches couldn’t match each other. But our vision to look for the brands and help them grow made Ahinsha impressed enough to give a lead to their promotion, and they again approached us after 4-5 months for another advt. Since then, we have been their permanent creative & digital agency for all their advertising needs.

CHANGE, AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

Moving forward from a responsive newspaper ad, we were challenged with a new primary task, and that was to redesign their website. Working for real estate is quite an exciting experience that takes a lot of research and understanding of social behaviour. It would be best if you got into the minds of different social prospects from your own set of minds through the analysis to gain the perspective of someone to invest in their life for a far more significant reason.

We changed the layout and whole look & feel to give it a smart and innovative look. The latest technology was used with all the new features to make it user-friendly. The target was to make it so interactive that users would stay there for some time. The result came out nice with many praiseful words.

SOCIAL MEDIA CREATES COMMUNITIES, NOT MARKETS

We pushed Ahinsha for a game-changing tool in the scenario and actively brought them on social media, which was a significant advantage for them. We suggested they take it as a regular activity and tell people more about their projects. After a few months of rigorous activities on social media pages, we successfully created a good buzz that resulted in good fruitful leads for them.

GOOD DESIGN IS A LANGUAGE, NOT A STYLE

Going further down the road, after a few successful projects, for a long time now, we are in a routine to design every promotional material that Ahinsha takes away for advertising them, whether it’s a Creating newspaper ad, Creating Impressive billboard, New Exclusive Flyers Creations, Best Posters Creation, etc. So we brainstormed, planned, and executed designs that converted into good results for them.
